Is return shipping free?
No, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless we say otherwise.
Do you charge any restocking fees?
Nope, there are no restocking fees. Once your return is approved, you’ll get a full refund for the eligible items.
How long does it take to get my refund?
After we receive and check your return, refunds are usually processed within 12 days and sent back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

What if I miss the return window?
Returns need to be started within 40 days of delivery. After that, we unfortunately can’t accept them.
