Important Information:

  • Return Period: 40 days (counting since day of delivery)
  • No Restocking Fees
  • Refund Timing: 12 days after we accept the return
  • Return Shipping: customer responsibility

Return Process
Here's what you need to do if you want to exercise your right to return.

Contact us at support@discolin.com with your order details (include your order number) and the reason for the return. Each request will be reviewed before we provide return instructions.

Please be aware that returns without this approval may not be accepted.

These are the requirements to accept the return:

  1. item is unused,
  2. item is in its original packaging,
  3. all tags are still attached.

Requests submitted after 40 days from delivery cannot be processed.

Sending Your Item Back
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. You may choose your preferred shipping method, but make sure that the return is trackable. Customers pay return shipping.

Refunds
After we receive your return, the item will be checked. If it meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. This is usually completed within 12 days.

Damages, Problems, Dissatisfaction
Please email us at support@discolin.com with any concerns. Include clear photos of the issue (incl. packaging). We will get back to you within 2 business days after we review your case, and offer possible solutions.

Exchanges
We are able to facilitate exchanges. Email us at support@discolin.com with the details of your request. We’ll assist you with the next steps based on availability.

Order Cancellations
We can usually cancel orders that haven’t yet started processing. To cancel an order, please reach out to support@discolin.com as soon as possible. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation isn’t possible; you can then follow our return procedure after delivery.
