Shipping Process
Once your order is received, you'll get a confirmation email, and our team will begin processing it. Standard processing takes 0-1 business days. If you place your order before 4 pm EDT (GMT-4), we will be able to process it on the same day. When your order ships, we’ll deliver tracking information in your inbox.
Transit takes 6-10 business days, but timing can vary depending on your location, courier schedules, or other logistics factors.
We proudly provide free delivery anywhere in the United States, regardless of the size or value of your order.
We use UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Damages, Problems, Dissatisfaction

Order Cancellations
We can usually cancel orders that haven’t yet started processing. To cancel an order, please reach out to support@discolin.com as soon as possible. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation isn’t possible; you can then follow our return procedure after delivery.
