- Delivery Estimates: After your order leaves our facility, packages arrive within 6-10 business days (Monday-Friday). Please note these are estimates; occasional delays may happen due to unforeseen events.
- Complimentary Shipping: We offer free shipping across the United States on all orders.
Order Handling & Shipping Procedures
Once your order is received, you'll get a confirmation email, and our team will begin processing it. Standard processing takes 0-1 business days, though this may vary during peak periods. When your order ships, we’ll send tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
After processing, your items are dispatched for delivery. Transit is 6-10 business days, but timing can vary depending on your location, courier schedules, or other logistics factors.

Handling Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry. Please allow up to 2 extra business days and check your tracking information. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please reach out immediately at support@discolin.com. We can usually cancel orders that haven’t yet started processing. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation isn’t possible; you can then follow our return procedure after delivery.
